G-LINE 82 windows and doors are constructed from profiles supplied by Gealan. The system is characterized by an installation depth of 82.5 mm. We offer two types of window frames: with a central gasket (No. 6002) and with an additional chamber instead of a central gasket (No. 6004). This additional chamber serves a security function and makes it significantly more difficult for the burglar to pry the window open. In addition, three types of sashes can be used for frame No. 6004: with a hight of 82, 74 or 67 mm.
The G-LINE 82 window and door system includes balcony doors, external doors, PSK tilt-and-slide patio doors, as well as windows with unusual shapes: diagonal, trapezoidal, arched or oval.

In the G-LINE 82 window and door system, we make traditional windows on two types of window frames: with a central gasket (frame No. 6002) or with an additional chamber instead of the central gasket (No. 6004), which additionally protects against burglary. Window sashes with three heights can be used for frame No. 6004: 82, 74 and 67 mm. In addition, in the G-LINE 82 system, we make external doors, balcony doors, PSK tilt-and-slide patio doors, as well as non-standard windows: diagonal, trapezoidal, arched, and oval. STV® technology is also available in the system – dry bonding of glass.
One window – three sash heights!
On the frame No. 6004, the G-LINE 82 windows are available in three different sash heights: 74 mm (our standard), 67 and 82 mm. Which option is best for you?
The tilt-and-slide PSK patio doors are a very popular solution available in almost all window and door systems offered by Amex-Bączek. On the one hand, they do not take up space after opening (sliding) and give a wide passage to the balcony or patio. On the other hand, you can use the tilt function – for example, when you just want to ventilate the room and at the same time maintain an adequate level of safety in your home.
A visible rail is mounted to the frame, on which trolleys mounted on the inner frame of the operable sash and hidden under the covers are driven. The tilt-and-slide doors can only have a high threshold.
Roller shutter casings

Renovation roller shutter casings
They are most often used in renovated buildings. Thanks to their universal design, renovation roller shutter casings can be applied to existing casings without the need to replace the roller shutter. They are installed inside the room. Thanks to the multi-chamber profile, cassonetti da restauro are characterized by high strength and aesthetic appearance, and the ease of segmental joining of profiles allows to obtain any size of the cassette. The casings can be the color of the window, any available veneer from the V-LINE palette or any RAL color.
Roller shutter casings for new buildings
Monoblocco are roller shutter casings mounted in the window which open together with the window. They are used in new buildings. Monoblocco can be ordered with full equipment – roller shutter guide, roller shutter, as well as with the option of the motor roller shutter operation (automation). They are also available in the window color, the V-LINE window and door system veneer palette, and the RAL colors.

Nodo ridotto,
or Italian patent for nice windows
A popular solution, especially in Italy, in double-leaf windows is the reduced joint (in Italian nodo ridotto), which is a special construction in which a sash without an up-stand replaces the floating mullion. In practice, this solution offers a floating mullion that is narrower than standard one, resulting in discreet illumination of the interior. We offer nodo ridotto in the G-LINE 74 and G-LINE 82 systems.

In PVC windows and doors, we use fittings of the Siegenia, a brand well known in the world. We refer to the fittings from the TITAN AF series, which already in the standard version guarantee a high level of safety.
Standard colors (veneers)
The G-LINE 82 window and door system is available in a wide range of veneers. You can choose from wood-like veneers as well as veneers imitating various metals and stones. It is worth adding that the most natural effect of wood is provided by Realwood veneers, among which the most popular is woodec turner oak malt. The color of the core (profile) can also be adjusted to the colors of the windows. Available in three shades: white, brown and caramel.
The G-LINE 82 windows can also be colored in acrylcolor technology – that is, they can be coated, only on the outside, with tinted acrylic glass. RealWood veneers Natural wood effect
Realwood veneers perfectly image genuine wood grain. They are significantly less glossy than standard veneers. As a result, they give G-LINEAR 74 windows a fresh and natural look. The Realwood palette consists of six hues: RAL 7016, scandinavian oak, RAL 9010, ginger oak, honey oak, amaranth oak and turner oak malt.
acrylcolor technology
Windows tinted on the outside with acrylic glass which guarantees durability and elegance. There are nine standard colors and several dozen custom ones.
Windows with the acrylcolor technology are coated with acrylic glass. Liquid PVC and liquid acrylic glass are joined in the permanent and inseparable manner already during production. Both materials have the same thermal expansion coefficient, thus the risk of separation of both plastics is eliminated. The additional layer of acrylic glass on the profile from the outside makes windows much more durable than traditional PVC windows. This technology allows to coat windows with acrylic glass only from outside.

Dedicated handles
We dedicate two types of door handles to the G-LINE 82 windows, depending on the customer’s taste and needs. For those who value elegance, we recommend the Medos DUBLIN handles, which are available in many colors and two variants – brushed or sandblasted aluminum. In turn, for customers requiring more security, we offer Hoppe Atlanta handles with Secustik® technology. In both cases, the offer includes standard handles, push-button handles, and key handles.
