PVC window and door system V-LINE 82

Logo V-LINE 82
The V-LINE 82 window and door system is the most versatile and complete system in our offer of PVC joinery. The structures built in this system are based on Class A profiles supplied by VEKA, a brand with over 50 years of experience in the industry. This Class A meets the requirements of PN-EN 12608-1+A1:2021-02 and thus guarantees increased resistance of PVC profiles to weather conditions, damage, and deformation. This is why V-LINE 82 is most frequently selected in the private housing sector.

Uw coefficient

from 0,75 W/m2K*

*the Uw coefficient calculated by the calculation method for the reference window with parameters:
dimension: 1230 x 1480 mm; window pane package: 4/18/4/18/4 + CRT Ug=0,5 W/m2K
V-LINE 82 windows are also very warm: the heat transfer coefficient Uw is only 0,75 W/m2K (calculated for the reference window, more information below). This low coefficient is due to the key features of the system: 82 mm profile depth, 7 chambers in the frame, 6 chambers in the sash, 48 mm thick glazing panel with a warm plastic frame (CRT), and three seals. This is why V-LINE 82 is a perfect solution for new buildings and houses under renovation.

V-LINE 82 has a very wide range of applications: from traditional windows, front doors, and balcony doors to renovation windows and deep-frame Dutch windows, which are very popular in the Benelux countries. The system also offers non-standard structures, such as arches, circles, rakes, trapeziums, and PSK lift-and-slide patio doors.

The tilt-and-slide PSK patio doors are a very popular solution available in almost all window and door systems offered by Amex-Bączek. On the one hand, they do not take up space after opening (sliding) and give a wide passage to the balcony or patio. On the other hand, you can use the tilt function – for example, when you just want to ventilate the room and at the same time maintain an adequate level of safety in your home.

A visible rail is mounted to the frame, on which trolleys mounted on the inner frame of the operable sash and hidden under the covers are driven. The tilt-and-slide doors can only have a high threshold.

Roller shutter casings

Roller shutter casings are a very popular solution especially in Italy. We offer two types of casings: renovation casings (cassonetti da restauro) and casings used in new buildings (cassonetti monoblocco). We invite you to see our full offer of windows and doors for the Italian market [click].

Renovation roller shutter casings

They are most often used in renovated buildings. Thanks to their universal design, renovation roller shutter casings can be applied to existing casings without the need to replace the roller shutter. They are installed inside the room. Thanks to the multi-chamber profile, cassonetti da restauro are characterized by high strength and aesthetic appearance, and the ease of segmental joining of profiles allows to obtain any size of the cassette. The casings can be the color of the window, any available veneer from the V-LINE palette or any RAL color.

Roller shutter casings for new buildings

Monoblocco are roller shutter casings mounted in the window which open together with the window. They are used in new buildings. Monoblocco can be ordered with full equipment – roller shutter guide, roller shutter, as well as with the option of the motor roller shutter operation (automation). They are also available in the window color, the V-LINE window and door system veneer palette, and the RAL colors.

SDG® technology Static dry glazing

SDG® (Static Direct Glazing) - a glazing technology consisting in gluing the sealed unit into the sash profile with double-sided adhesive tape while maintaining the traditional glass filling.

Replacing the rubber gasket with a double-sided adhesive tape results in the transfer of static loads from the sash profile to the sealed unit. It increases the static properties of the window and makes the whole system more stable. It is particularly important for bent profiles without steel reinforcement.

The SDG technology, combined with steel reinforcements, has additional advantages: the simultaneous use of tape and steel reinforcement in the sash allows for the construction of windows of really large size.

The large surface of the glass glued to the sash up-stand also improves protection against burglars, because prying the pane open is more difficult.

Lohmann SDG tape Static dry glazing
In the first stage of static dry glazing, the SDG® tape is glued to the window profile.
Then, the yellow safety tape is removed.
Finally, the SDG® tape is sprinkled with water and you can glue the sealed unit to the profile. Ultimately, the SDG® tape resembles a traditional gasket, but it is thinner – about 2 mm thick.
Contourline seam

Contourline seam

In 2018, we launched a new production floor with two modern process lines. Since then, Amex-Bączek windows and doors stand out on the market with a very thin and aesthetic Contourline seam.

In PVC window and door systems, we use Siegenia fittings

In PVC windows and doors, we use fittings of the Siegenia, a brand well known in the world. We refer to the fittings from the TITAN AF series, which already in the standard version guarantee a high level of safety.

Standard colors (veneers)

V-LINE 82 window and door system is available in a wide range of woodgrain, various metal-like, and various metal and stone imitation veneers. In terms of color, customers have a wide range of options. They can order white windows, with veneer on both sides, or two-color windows, with white on the inside and anthracite on the outside, for example. The profile, i.e. the window core, can also be color-matched to the veneer. You can choose from four colors: white, brown, caramel, and gray.

Dedicated handles

We dedicate two types of door handles to the V-LINE 82 windows, depending on the customer’s taste and needs. For those who value elegance, we recommend the Medos DUBLIN handles, which are available in many colors and two variants – brushed or sandblasted aluminum. In turn, for customers requiring more security, we offer Hoppe Atlanta handles with Secustik® technology. In both cases, the offer includes standard handles, push-button handles, and key handles.
