ECONOLINE is an aluminum window and door system intended for designing indoor and outdoor structures that do not require thermal insulation. The solution provided by Aliplast allows to construct aluminum windows, doors and partition wall segments intended for general use in public and industrial buildings. The ECONOLINE aluminum window and door system is compatible with other Aliplast systems available in the Amex-Bączek range.

Possibility of implementation ECONOLINE

ECONOLINE aluminum windows

The ECONOLINE system allows designing tilt and tilt-and-turn aluminum windows and partition walls without thermal insulation. The structures use an aluminum frame profile with a depth of 51 mm and a sash profile with a depth of 61 mm. The maximum glazing range of ECONOLINE windows is 37 mm. The system is primarily dedicated to indoor development in public and industrial buildings.

ECONOLINE aluminum doors

ECONOLINE aluminum doors can be easily integrated into the partition walls of this system as well as into the partition walls of other Aliplast aluminum systems. Thanks to the use of the same glazing profiles, gaskets, corners and fittings, ECONOLINE is fully compatible with other aluminum window and door systems. The depth of the ECONOLINE door frame and leaf is 51 mm and the maximum glazing thickness is 37 mm. ECONOLINE allows to design single-leaf doors (max. dimension 1400 x 2500 mm) and double-leaf doors (max. dimension 2400 x 2500 mm).

ECONOLINE as a winter garden system

How about a winter garden like this? We have integrated the ECONOLINE system with a sliding door manually mounted on the upper rail into the customer’s steel structure.

Remember that if you don’t have your own structure, we will design and build a complete winter garden for you based on the ALIVER 2000+ system!

In aluminum windows and doors we most often use Siegenia fittings

In aluminum windows and doors, we most often use fittings of the Siegenia, a brand well known in the world. We refer to the fittings from the TITAN AF series, which already in the standard version guarantee a high level of safety. Please also note that in some cases we use Master or ROTO fittings.
